煙草企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)機(jī)器人流程自動(dòng)化應(yīng)用研究

摘要：RPA技術(shù)應(yīng)用對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程自動(dòng)化，降低錯(cuò)誤率，提升管理運(yùn)行效率具有重要作用。本文梳理了煙草企業(yè)管理中RPA的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景，分析了煙草企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)RPA應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)，為推動(dòng)煙草企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型，實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)流程自動(dòng)化管理提供決策參考。

Abstract： The application of RPA technology plays a significant role in achieving business process automation， reducing error rates， and enhancing operational efficiency of management. This study outlines the application scenarios of RPA in the management of tobacco enterprises and analyzes the key control points for the application of RPA in the finance of tobacco companies. It offers references for promoting the digital transformation of financial operations in tobacco enterprises and achieving automated management of financial processes.

隨著煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的持續(xù)深化，業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)量呈爆發(fā)式激增，當(dāng)前人工處理手段難以滿足業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的需求，致使某些業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)遭遇效率低下及錯(cuò)誤頻發(fā)的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。（剩余4614字）
