[Abstract]Objective:To explore thevalue renal artery resistance index in quantitative analysis renal functioninjury inchronickidneydisease.Method:Atotal 76patientswithchronickidney disease admittedto from May 2022to May 2023 were included in the case group, and30volunters whounderwentphysicalexamination inthehospitalatthe sametime were selectedtobe included in the healthgroup.Therenal artery flow correlation indexes[systolic peak flow velocity (Vs),diastolic peak flow velocity (Vd), renal artery resistance index (RRl)] were compared between the two groups. Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve wasused to analyze thediagnosticvalue renalartery flow correlation index in chronic kidney disease. According to creatinine clearance (Ccr), patients were divided into mildly impaired group ( n =35), moderately impaired group ( n =24) and severely impaired group ( n =17). Vs, Vd and RRI in patients with different renal function injury were compared.Result:RRI in case group was higher than that in health group, Vs and Vd were lower than those in health group ( P <0.05). According to ROC curve analysis, the area under the curve Vs, Vd andRRI indiagnosing renal injury chronic kindy disease were 0.775, 0.813 and 0.787,the sensitivity was 68.42% 80.26% and 77.63 % , and the specificity was 80.00% ,76.67% and 70.00% , respectively. The RRI the mildly impaired group was lower than that the moderately impaired group and the severely impaired group,the Vs andVdwere higherthanthose the moderately impaired group and the severelyimpaired group,and the RRI themoderatelyimpairedgroup waslower than that the severely impaired group,and theVs and Vd were higher than those the severely impaired group ( <0.05). Conclusion: Renal artery resistance index has diagnostic value forrenal function injury in patients withchronic kidney disease and canbe used for quantitative evaluation renal function injury.
