[Abstract]Objective：To investigate the clinical effcacy and safety of Dapagliflozin in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy patients.Method： A total of 70 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Second Ailiated Hospital of GuilinMedical College from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects.They weredivided into groups according to diferent treatment methods，among them，35 patiens were treated with Dulaglutide， included in the control group， 35 patients on the basis of control group combined Dapagliflozin， were included in the observation group.The clinical efficacy， blood glucose level， renal functionindex and safety of the two groups were compared. Result：The total efective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in observation groupwas lower than that in control group，the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）.The levels of fasting plasma glucose （FPG），2 h postmeal plasma glucose （2 h PG） and blood urea nitrogen （BUN）and serum creatinine （Scr） in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Dapagliflozin has shown goodclinicaleficacy inthetreatmentofearlydiabeticnephropathy，whichcannotonlyimprovethetotaleffective rate of teatment，but alsoreducetheblood sugar andimprovetherenalfunction of patients，and has fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
