Clinical Effect of AFHR in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur/LI Longlin. //Medical Innovation of China， 2025， 22（10）： 136-139

[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the application value of artificial femoral head replacement （AFHR） inelderlypatients withintertrochantericfractureoffemur（IFF）.Method：Atotalof 60elderly patients with IFF， all admitted to from January 2021 to June 2023， and were divided into two groups according to random number table method， with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent proximal femoral nailantirotation （PFNA）intenal fixation，and theobservation group underwent AFHR.Surgical status，hip function，dailylivingabilitylowerlimbmotorfunction，qualityoflifeandcomplications werecomparedbetweenthe two groups.Result：Compared with the control group，the operation time inthe observation groupwas longer，getting out of bed was earlier and hospitalization was shorter， intraoperativeblood loss and postoperative drainage volume were more （ P <0.05）.Compared with the control group， 6 months after surgery， Harris score， Barthel index （BI），F(xiàn)uglMeyer assessment （FMA）oflower limb andquality oflife scores inobservation group werehigher，thedifferences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups （ P >0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of AFHR on elderly patients with IFF can accelerate the recoveryofhipfunction，beterimprovethe abilityof dailyliving andlowerlimb mobility，but theintraoperative blood lossis large， need to be carefully selected according to the clinical characteristics of the disease.

股骨粗隆間骨折（IFF）常由低能量損傷所致，與年齡、骨質(zhì)疏松關(guān)系密切，骨折后可破壞髖關(guān)節(jié)功能，引起髖部疼痛、活動受限等，若不及時治療，在臥床休息期間易并發(fā)褥瘡、泌尿系統(tǒng)感染等并發(fā)癥，增加老年患者死亡風險-。（剩余5076字）
