[Abstract]Objective： To explore the effect of auricular point sticking combined with Dahuang umbilical compresson patients with diabetic constipation syndromeof Qi-Yin deficiency.Method：Atotal of 90patients with diabetic constipation syndromeof Qi-Yindeficiency treated in Gao'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to April 2024 were selectedanddivided into two groups according tooddand even numbers，with 45 cases in each group.The control group receivedroutine intervention， and the observation groupreceived auricular point sticking combined with Dahuang umbilical compress intervention.The intervention effct，clinical symptoms， gastric hormone indexes[gastrin （GAS），motilin （MTL）]and qualityof life[patient-assessmentof constipation quality of life （PAC-QOL）between thetwo groups werecompared. Result：The totaleffectiverateof the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）. After the intervention， alltraditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and PAC-QOL scores of thetwo groups were lower than those before treatment， GAS and MTL were higher than those before treatment， and alltraditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and PAC-QOL scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group， GAS and MTL were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Auricular point sticking combined with Dahuang umbilical compress in diabetic constipation syndrome of Qi-Yin deficiency patients have obvious effct， which can improve the constipation symptoms， promote the balance of stomach hormone level， improve the quality of life.
