基于區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的智慧物流發(fā)展研究

摘  要：區(qū)塊鏈已經(jīng)納入國(guó)家新一代信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)范疇，迎來(lái)了快速發(fā)展期。要實(shí)現(xiàn)物流業(yè)降本、增效、提質(zhì)的發(fā)展目標(biāo)，運(yùn)用以區(qū)塊鏈為代表的新技術(shù)手段發(fā)展智慧物流是必然之路。通過(guò)分析歸納發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題，針對(duì)問(wèn)題分政策、技術(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)三方面提出具體對(duì)策，以期助力物流業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

Abstract： Blockchain has been incorporated into the construction of national new generation information infrastructure and ushered in a period of rapid development. In order to achieve the development goals of reducing cost， increasing efficiency and improving quality of the logistics industry， it is an inevitable way to develop intelligent logistics by using new technical means represented by blockchain. By analyzing and summarizing the problems existing in the development process， this paper puts forward specific countermeasures from three aspects： policy， technology and industry， in order to help the high-quality development of logistics industry.
