Abstract:Withtheextensiveapplicationofmethanolasanautomotivealternativeenergsource,thereliabiltofnonmetalic materialsinmethanolenvironmentshasbecomeacriticalissue.Thisstudysummarizes themethodsfortesting theresistantmethanol ofnonmetallcateralsncudingtstoditiosandtestshmesandpropoessentiallyeasoablestndardsforating themethanolresistanceperformanceofmaterials.Throughimmersiontestsonseventypesofnonmetalicmaterialsintwomethanol solutions,thetuysessedhangesinteuaitylue,andmechanicalpropertieoftematerialsinmethanoeints. Thisresearchprovidestheoreticalsupportandtechnicalguidancefortheselectionanddesignofnon-metalicmaterialsinmethanol environments,whilealsooferingimportantreferencesforthelight-weightingandreliabityenhancementofmethanol-related components in new energy vehicles.
