Abstract:Asthecorecomponentofheaydutycargovehicles,thestructuralstrengthofthehavydutytruckcabisdirectlyrelated tothesafetydurabityandperformanceoftheetieveicle.Weldingtechnologyaskeylinkintheproductionandmaufacturing of heavytruckcabs,hasasignificantimpactonthestructuralstrengthof thecabs.Withtherapiddevelopmentof theautomotive manufacturingindustry,therequirementsfortheweldingprocessofheavytruckcabsarealsoincreasingdaybyday.Thispapeaims todeeplyanalyetheinfuenceofteweldingprocesofheavytruckcabsonthestructralstrength.Byexpoingthespeficefectsf differentweldingmethods,eldingparametersndweldingdefetsontetructuralstrengthofthecabitprovidesteoeticalbasis and practical guidancefor optimizing the welding process of heavy truck cabs and enhancing the structural strength.
