Abstract：Inconventionalassemblylineproductionmachiningcenterscommonlyutizeadual-stationlayouttoeanceproesing efficiencyHowevedetotestructuralmitatiosoftestadaddualstationqpmenttepowerhydralicilforthaccompaing fixturesandthecompressedairfordetectioncannot becontinuouslysuplied.Manual interventionisrequired toplugandunplug theoiladaioscstolinttoosssofsatiocioctiseofd returoilpipesandhydraulicoillakage.Inrecentyears，withtheupradingofproductioninesandtheintegrationofdigtalization andinformatization，thetransformationofproductionlinestowardsautomationhasgraduallybeenintroduced.Thispaperprsents anautomaticoilandairsupplystructureforthefixturesofhorizontalmachiningcenters inautomatedaemblylineoperations.By employing UGsoftwaretoredesigntheautomaticoilandaisuplystructure，therisksassociatedwithmanualpluginganduplugging of oilandairhosesareeliminated.Thisinnovationnotonlyachievesautomatioof theproductiolinebutalsoreduceslborcosts.
