Abstract:Toadresstheenergywasteniseandvibratiocausedbytraditioaltruckaironditioingsystemsthatrequirecotinuous engine operation duringparking,this study proposesadual-mode drive retrofit solution.Byembedingapermanent magnet synchronousmotor (PMSM)moduleintotheoriginalbelt-drivencompressor,thesystemachievesseamlesswitchingbetween engine-drivenoperationduringtraveland grid-poweredoperationduringparking.Comparedtotheconventional“dual-system paralelappoach”hiivosistalnndioalstandaleparkingioditiongstem,tisetrofitinimstructural modificationstotheriginalvehicleeusesmostexistingcomponentseducescostsandsimplfiesperatioalproceduresthough centralizedcontrol.Experimentalresultsdemonstratethattheretrofitddual-modedrivesystemexhibitssignificantadvantagesin energyeficncyuseromfortandotfetivenss,tuhitngteelabiteesfurtlidatioisoide anfficientandpracticaltechnicalpathwayforupgradingtruckairconditioningsystems,withbroadmarketapplicationpotential.
