Abstract:Thedrivingrangeofbateryelectricvehiclesisoneofthecoreindicatorsofbateryelectricvehiclesandalsothemost concermedisseforconsumerswhenpurchasingnewenergyvehicles.Asthemainconstraintfactorforlow-temperaturedrivingrange, thispaperconductedacomparativeanalysisofdiferentconfigurationthermalmanagementsystems.Throughtheenvironmental chamberchassisdynamometerrolertestbench,theimpactofdiferentconfigurationthermalmanagementsystemsontheveicle’s low-temperaturedriving rangeundera low-temperature (-7°C) environmentwas compared.Through the testand comparisondata, it can beseenthathelow-temperature drivingrangeachievementrate wasthehighestusing theindirect heat pumpthermalmanagment systemwithwasteheatrecovery.Therefore,itwassuggestedthattheheatpumpsystemwithwasteheatrecoveryshouldbeusedin the selection of thermal management system in the early stage of project development.
