Abstract：Withtheaiddevelopmentofwenegyutomobileindustrytedemandforprofessionaltalentsintefeldofeergy automobileisbecomingmorandmoreurgent.Howeverthereisacertaindegreeofdisconnectionbetweenthecurcuuseingof thenewenergyvhicledetectioandmaintenancetechnologymajorincolegesanduniverstiesandtheactualneedsofteindustry. Throughin-depthinvestigationoftheknowledgeandskilsrequirementsofindustryenterprisesfortalents，thispaperanalyesthe problemsexistininteexistingcurrlumsetingofcollgesanduniveritesndputsfoardtargetdsolutiossuchastiiing thecuiculumsystem，strengtheningpracticalteaching，anddeepeingtheintegrationfproductioandeducation，sostoode referencefortefoftetrainingmodeofeweergutomoblprofeioalsinolgsandnivestispromoteectie conectionbetweenthetrainingoftalentsincollegesanduniversitiesandtheeedsoftheindustryandpromotethesustaable development of the new energy automobile industry.
