對食品檢測中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測技術(shù)的幾點思考

摘 要：隨著經(jīng)濟和社會的快速發(fā)展，人們越來越關(guān)注食品安全問題，食品安全檢測技術(shù)不僅可以提高我國的食品質(zhì)量安全，還可以保護人們的生命安全。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文主要闡述了現(xiàn)代食品檢驗中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測技術(shù)的實際意義和類型，探討了農(nóng)藥殘留檢測技術(shù)的具體應(yīng)用，希望可以為相關(guān)工作人員提供參考。

Abstract： With the rapid development of economy and society， people pay more and more attention to food safety. Food safety detection technology can not only improve the food safety and quality， but also protect people’s life safety. On this basis， this paper mainly expounds the practical significance and types of pesticide residue detection technology in modern food inspection， and discusses the specific application of pesticide residue detection technology in modern food inspection， hoping to provide relevant reference for relevant staff.
