摘 要:本文綜述了高光譜成像技術(shù)和高光譜成像系統(tǒng)的原理,從食品新鮮度檢測、生物污染檢測、水分檢測和固形物含量檢測4個方面分析高光譜成像技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,了解其檢測要點與優(yōu)勢,以期提高高光譜成像技術(shù)的應(yīng)用水平,更好地保證食品的品質(zhì)和安全。

Application of Hyperspectral Imaging Technology in Nondestructive Testing of Food Quality

Abstract: This paper summarizes the principle of hyperspectral imaging technology and hyperspectral imaging system, analyzes the application of hyperspectral imaging technology from four aspects: food freshness detection, biological pollution detection, moisture detection, and solid content detection, and understands the detection points and advantages, so as to improve the application level of hyperspectral imaging technology and better ensure the quality and safety of food.
