基于育人為本的“四化”育人模式的構(gòu)建與探索
——以漢中職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院技術(shù)學(xué)院汽車機(jī)電學(xué)院為例
摘 要:為培養(yǎng)德藝雙馨的職業(yè)院校技能型技術(shù)型人才,漢中職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院汽車與機(jī)電工程學(xué)院在多年的學(xué)生管理工作中提出以“德技并修,四化并舉,鑄匠英才”為主題的積極德育模式,以學(xué)校推動,二級學(xué)院貫徹,班級具體實(shí)施為實(shí)踐體系,進(jìn)一步豐富學(xué)校德育實(shí)踐活動,并取得了良好的育人效果。

Abstract:In order to cultivate skilled and technical talents in vocational colleges with both moral and technical skills, Hanzhong Vocational and Technical College School of Automotive and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering has put forward the idea of "combining moral and technical skills, emphasizing four modernizations, and casting talents" in the student management work for many years. The positive moral education model with the theme of the school, is promoted by schools, implemented by secondary colleges, and implemented in classes as the practice system, which further enriches the school's moral education practice activities, and has achieved good educating results.
