“崗課賽證”融通綜合育人模式探索
——以冷鏈物流技術(shù)與管理專業(yè)為例
摘 要:“崗課賽證”融通綜合育人模式是現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系建設(shè)改革的重要方向,根據(jù)冷鏈物流技術(shù)與管理專業(yè)育人模式需求分析,提出了“崗課賽證”融通綜合育人模式探索,依托培養(yǎng)學(xué)生職業(yè)能力、構(gòu)建課程體系、多主體協(xié)同育人、深化“三教”改革等,提升技術(shù)技能人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。

Abstract:On the Comprehensive education model of Integrating "Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates" is an important direction for the construction and reform of modern vocational education system.According to coldchain logistics technology and management major of the education model demand analysis,this thesis puts forward the comprehensive education model exploration of integrating "Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates",relies on training vocational ability of students,constructs curriculum system,collaborates multisubject education,and helps deepen the reform of "teacher,teaching materials,teaching methodology" etc so as to improve the quality of the education for technical and skilled talents comprehensively.
