地方工科高校實驗室開放與資源共享對策研究

摘要：實驗室開放與資源共享在高校人才培養(yǎng)、教學水平提高和科研能力提升等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。然而，在實際的操作中存在諸多問題，導致很多高校的實驗室開放難以實現(xiàn)與落實。地方工科高校應在完善硬件建設(shè)的同時，更要完善政策環(huán)境，逐步將實驗室開放與資源共享落到實處，為培養(yǎng)應用型、創(chuàng)新型人才服務(wù)。

Abstract：Laboratory opening and resource sharing play an important role in the cultivation of talents，the improvement of teaching level and scientific research ability.However，the opening and resource sharing were becoming a mere formality attribute to problems in the actual operation process.It should be paid high attention on the laboratory opening and resource sharing in local engineering universities in order toimprove the quality of talent training.While improving the hardware construction of laboratory，they should also improve the policy environment and financial support.
