城市防洪圈達(dá)標(biāo)情況調(diào)研方法分析

摘  要：防洪工程一直是水利建設(shè)投資的重點(diǎn)，隨著城市范圍擴(kuò)大，防洪圈建設(shè)也隨之加大，這就需要及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確掌握城市防洪圈達(dá)標(biāo)建設(shè)情況，為城市建設(shè)發(fā)展提供參考。通過對(duì)城市防洪圈前期規(guī)劃資料、設(shè)計(jì)資料以及實(shí)地調(diào)研測(cè)量，建立航測(cè)模型分析防洪圈達(dá)標(biāo)情況，提供準(zhǔn)確數(shù)據(jù)，為決策人員提供參考。

Abstract：As the key investment of water conservancy construction， the construction of flood control circle increases along with the expansion of city scope， so it is necessary to grasp the construction of flood control circle in time and accurately to provide reference for the development of city construction. Based on the data of pre-planning， design and field survey， the aerophotogrammetry model is established to analyze the situation of flood control zone reaching the standard， and to provide accurate data for decision makers.
