Abstract:Prefabricatedbuildingsrepresentsanovel,greenandsustainablebuildingproductionmethod.Currently, prefabricatedbuildingsinChinaisinitsearlydevelopmentalstage.Theprecisionofdisassmblydesignforprefabricated componentsisrelativelylow,leadingtoeconomicallyineficientissuesandposingchaengestoteproductionandinstalltion processesofthesecomponents.Thisstudy,basedonpracticalworkexperience,examinesthedisassemblydesignmethodsfor horizontalcomponentsinprefabricatedbuildingsandproposesrefineddisassemblydesignappoachesforcompositefloorslabsand prefabricatedstairs.Itisexpectedthatthedisassemblydesignofprefabricatedcomponentswillbetermeettheactualprouction and installtion requirementson-site,thereby enhancing the overall qualityof prefabricated buildings.
