Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentoftheautomotiveindustry,people'srequirementsforthequalityofautomotivesheet metalpartsarebecomingincreasinglyhighTradionalmanualdetectionmethodsarenotonlyineficient,butalsosusceptibleto humaninterference,leading tounstabledetectionresults.Inordertoimprovedetectionfciencyandaccuracythisstudy developedanintellgentdetectiondevice forautomotivesheetmetal partsbasedonindustrialvision.Thisdeviceuses precisionindustrialcamerastocaptureimagesofsheetmetalpartsAdvancedimageprocesingalgorithmsareusedtopreproce, extractfeatures,andrecognizedefectsintheimages.Machinelearningtechnologyisusedtointellgentlyanalyethedetection results,achievingfastandaccuraterecognitionofsurfacedefectsonshetmetalparts.Thepracticalityandreliabilityofthe devicehavebeenverifiedthroughactualproductionlinetesting.Thisresearchprovidesanefectivesolutionfortheautomated and intelligent inspection of automobile sheet metal parts.
