Abstract：Withtheglobalpursuitofgrenandlow-carbondevelopment，hydrogenenergy，asacleanandeficientformof energy，isgraduallgainingwidespreadatention.Asanimportantplayerintheenergyfield，powergridcompaniesareactively exploringtheresearch，developmentandappicationofhydrogenpowergenerationvehicles，whichnotonlyhelpstopromotethe transformationandupgradingoftheenergystructure，butalsofurtherpromotesenergyconservation，emisionreductionandlowcarbonlifethroughthecarboninclusivemechanism.Thisstudyanalyzesthefirsthydrogen-poweredgeneratordevelopedby JiashanCountyPower SupplyCompanyasanexample，aiming toanalyzetheacountingmodelofhydrogen-poweredgenerator underthecarboninclusionsystemaswellasthepotentialofcarbonemissionreduction，soastoprovideascientificbasisfor promoting energy transformation and formulating relevant policies and measures.
