【摘要】目的：分析IKAP理論指導(dǎo)下的護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)消化性潰瘍患者健康行為與自護(hù)能力的影響。方法：按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法對(duì)141例消化性潰瘍患者進(jìn)行分組，將71例患者納為觀察組接受IKAP理論指導(dǎo)下的護(hù)理干預(yù)，將70例患者納為對(duì)照組接受常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，對(duì)比兩組患者的健康行為與護(hù)理能力。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，觀察組的健康行為相關(guān)指標(biāo)評(píng)分、自護(hù)能力相關(guān)指標(biāo)評(píng)分以及生活質(zhì)量相關(guān)指標(biāo)評(píng)分較對(duì)照組更高，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effects of nursing intervention guided by IKAP theory on health behavior and self-care ability of patients with peptic ulcer.Methods：141 patients with peptic ulcer were divided into groups according to the random number table method.71 patients were included in the observation group to receive nursing intervention guided by IKAP theory，and 70 patients were included in the control group to receive routine nursing intervention.The health behavior and nursing ability of the two groups were compared.Results：After intervention，the scores of health behavior related indicators，the scores of self-care ability related indicators，and and the scores of quality of life related indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，with statistically significant difference （P
