【摘要】目的：研究乳腺癌化療患者應(yīng)用PICC和靜脈輸液港的護理質(zhì)量。方法：將2022年3月—2023年1月期間在我科接受化療的100例乳腺癌患者作為研究對象，以隨機數(shù)字表作為分組依據(jù)，隨機形成PICC組與PORT組，前者使用PICC置管術(shù)，后者采用靜脈輸液港，對比兩組對護理的影響。結(jié)果：PORT組日常護理水平、緊急情況處置水平、患者應(yīng)用效應(yīng)、微笑服務(wù)實施率等護理質(zhì)量評分均高于PICC組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the nursing quality of the application of PICC and intravenous transfusion port for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods：100 patients with breast cancer who received chemotherapy in our department from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects，and the random number table was used as the basis for grouping.The PICC group and the PORT group were randomly formed，the former using PICC catheterization and the latter using intravenous infusion port，and the influence on nursing of the two groups was compared.Results：The scores of nursing quality such as daily nursing level，emergency management level，patient application effect and smiling service implementation rate in the PORT group were higher than those in the PICC group （P
