【摘要】目的：分析全面護(hù)理模式在膽結(jié)石膽絞痛護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：以計(jì)算機(jī)法為分組依據(jù)，將我科2023年1月—2023年12月期間收治的100例膽結(jié)石膽絞痛患者隨機(jī)分配至常規(guī)組與全面組，分別采取常規(guī)護(hù)理與全面護(hù)理。對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，全面組患者VAS評(píng)分、SF-36評(píng)分、PANAS情緒評(píng)分以及護(hù)理滿意度評(píng)分均優(yōu)于常規(guī)組，P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing model in the nursing of gallstones and biliary colic. Methods：Using computer method as the grouping basis，100 patients with gallstones and biliary colic admitted to our department from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly assigned to the conventional group and the comprehensive group，respectively，and received routine nursing and comprehensive nursing.Comparison the nursing effects betweenthe two groups.Results：After nursing，the VAS scores，SF-36 scores，PANAS emotional scores and nursing satisfaction scores of the comprehensive group were all better than those of the conventional group，P
