綜合護(hù)理對(duì)高血壓合并冠心病患者的護(hù)理效果及睡眠質(zhì)量影響評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】目的：探究對(duì)高血壓合并冠心病患者運(yùn)用綜合護(hù)理的效果。方法：選取60名高血壓合并冠心病患者參與本實(shí)驗(yàn)，時(shí)間：2022年11月—2023年12月，均分患者，將行常規(guī)護(hù)理的患者作為對(duì)照組，將實(shí)行綜合護(hù)理的患者作為觀察組，比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理前，兩組患者血壓水平、睡眠質(zhì)量評(píng)分以及心臟功能指標(biāo)比較差異不大，P>0.05；護(hù)理后，觀察組患者血壓水平及PSQI評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組，心臟功能指標(biāo)明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods：Sixty patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected to participate in the experiment from November 2022 to December 2023，the patients were divided equally，the patients who underwent routine care were used as the control group，and the patients who underwent comprehensive care were used as the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：Before nursing，there was no significant difference in blood pressure levels，sleep quality scores，and cardiac function indicators between the two groups of patients，P>0.05；After nursing，the blood pressure levels and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group，and the cardiac function indexes were significantly better than those of the control group，with statistical significance （P

高血壓在臨床中屬于常見病癥，發(fā)病原因一般與患者的飲食、遺傳、生活等因素有關(guān)，患者長(zhǎng)期處于高血壓病癥下，身體的血壓水平經(jīng)常處于異常升高狀態(tài)，會(huì)對(duì)患者心臟產(chǎn)生一定威脅，導(dǎo)致其出現(xiàn)心臟類疾病，冠心病是最常見的合并癥之一[1-2]。（剩余3572字）
