二甲雙胍聯(lián)合優(yōu)思悅治療肥胖型多囊卵巢綜合征的臨床效果分析

【摘要】目的：分析在優(yōu)思悅基礎(chǔ)上服用二甲雙胍對肥胖型多囊卵巢綜合征患者性激素、胰島素抵抗的改善作用。方法：選取100例肥胖型多囊卵巢綜合征患者作為研究對象，并劃分至兩個(gè)小組內(nèi)，分別給予單一優(yōu)思悅治療（對照組）和優(yōu)思悅聯(lián)合二甲雙胍治療（觀察組），連續(xù)治療3個(gè)療程，并觀察兩組患者的療效。結(jié)果：治療后，相較于對照組，觀察組總有效率、排卵率、妊娠率及雌二醇均更高，BMI、IRI、促卵泡生成素、促黃體生成素以及睪酮均更低，各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)均存在差異性，P
