【摘要】目的：研究慢阻肺（COPD）患者應(yīng)用體外膈肌起搏治療與呼吸訓練法對其呼吸功能及運動耐力的影響。方法：選取我院2022年1月—2023年11月收治的171例COPD患者，以隨機數(shù)表法分為兩組，對照組（85例）采用呼吸訓練法，研究組（86例）采用體外膈肌起搏治療與呼吸訓練法，比較兩組干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，研究組氣道阻力、呼吸壓力、氣道峰壓及mMRC評分均低于對照組，呼氣峰值流速、第1s用力呼氣容積、動脈血氧分壓及血氧飽和度均高于對照組（P

Effects of external diaphragm pacing therapy combined with respiratory training on respiratory function and exercise endurance in patients with COPD

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the effects of external diaphragm pacing therapy and respiratory training on respiratory function and exercise endurance in patients with COPD.Methods：171 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group （85 cases） received respiratory training，and the study group （86 cases） received external diaphragm pacing therapy and respiratory training.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After the intervention，the airway resistance，respiratory pressure，airway peak pressure and mMRC score of the study group were lower than those of the control group，and the peak expiratory flow rate， forced expiratory volume in the first second， arterial partial oxygen pressure and blood oxygen saturation were higher than those of the control group （P
