【摘要】目的：評(píng)價(jià)在結(jié)腸癌術(shù)后開(kāi)展早期腸內(nèi)營(yíng)養(yǎng)的效果。方法：選取我院接收的92例結(jié)腸癌患者為研究對(duì)象，按隨機(jī)雙盲法分為參照組和研究組，各46例，參照組實(shí)施常規(guī)營(yíng)養(yǎng)護(hù)理干預(yù)，研究組實(shí)施早期腸內(nèi)營(yíng)養(yǎng)干預(yù)。對(duì)比兩組的營(yíng)養(yǎng)指標(biāo)、臨床指標(biāo)及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果：術(shù)后7d，研究組的營(yíng)養(yǎng)各指標(biāo)水平均優(yōu)于參照組，P

Application evaluation of early enteral nutrition in postoperative nursing of colon cancer

【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the effect of early enteral nutrition after colon cancer surgery.Methods：92 cases of colon cancer patients received in our hospital were selected as the research objects，and they were divided into the reference group and the study group by the random double-blind method，with 46 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nutrition nursing intervention，and the study group received early enteral nutrition intervention.The nutritional indexes，clinical indexes and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results：7 days after surgery，the nutritional indexes of the study group were better than those of the reference group（P
