【摘要】目的：研究老年腦卒中患者采取計(jì)劃行為理論指導(dǎo)下的護(hù)理的效果。方法：納入我院2023年1月—2024年1月收治的70例老年腦卒中患者，隨機(jī)分為兩組，對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采取計(jì)劃行為理論指導(dǎo)下的護(hù)理，比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，觀察組的肢體功能、語(yǔ)言功能和生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組，并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of nursing under the guidance of planned behavior theory in elderly patients with stroke. Methods：70 elderly patients with stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were included and randomly divided into two groups.The control group took routine nursing，and the observation group took nursing under the guidance of planned behavior theory.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After nursing，the limb function，language function and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group，the complication rate was lower than that of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P
