【摘要】目的：分析機械振動排痰伴童趣化心理護理在支氣管肺炎患兒中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：擇取80例支氣管肺炎患兒為研究對象，將其分為新式組和傳統(tǒng)組，每組40例。治療方式為機械振動排痰，傳統(tǒng)組接受常規(guī)護理干預(yù)，新式組以傳統(tǒng)組方案為基準(zhǔn)，接受童趣化心理護理，比較兩組護理結(jié)果。結(jié)果：和傳統(tǒng)組相比，新式組患兒的臨床癥狀消失時間和住院時間更短，治療依從性更高，家長護理滿意率更高，P
