【摘要】目的：探究個(gè)體化助產(chǎn)護(hù)理干預(yù)對產(chǎn)婦分娩結(jié)局及睡眠質(zhì)量的影響。方法：在2023年1月—2023年12月研究時(shí)段內(nèi)，選取本院婦產(chǎn)科收治的產(chǎn)婦共80例，根據(jù)系統(tǒng)雙盲法將其分成兩組，對照組實(shí)施常規(guī)助產(chǎn)護(hù)理，觀察組實(shí)施個(gè)體化助產(chǎn)護(hù)理干預(yù)，對比兩組產(chǎn)婦分娩結(jié)局和睡眠質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：觀察組產(chǎn)婦會(huì)陰撕裂和產(chǎn)后出血的發(fā)生率分別是5.00%和2.50%，都比對照組的22.50%和17.50%低（P

The impact of individualized midwifery nursing intervention on maternal delivery outcomes and sleep quality

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of individualized midwifery nursing intervention on the delivery outcomes and sleep quality of parturients.Methods：During the study period from January 2023 to December 2023，a total of 80 parturients admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected.They were divided into two groups using a systematic double-blind method.The control group received routine midwifery care，while the observation group received personalized midwifery care intervention.The delivery outcomes and sleep quality of the two groups of parturients were compared.Results：The incidence rates of perineal tear and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were 5.00% and2.50%，respectively，which were lower than 22.50% and 17.50% in the control group （P
