術(shù)前應(yīng)用抗生素、激素聯(lián)合手術(shù)治療對(duì)非哺乳期乳腺炎患者的療效分析

【摘要】目的：分析非哺乳期乳腺炎患者術(shù)前應(yīng)用抗生素、激素聯(lián)合手術(shù)治療的療效。方法：本文選擇58例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)研究，選取時(shí)間是2022年7月—2023年6月，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分組，每組29例。研究組術(shù)前應(yīng)用抗生素、激素聯(lián)合手術(shù)治療，對(duì)照組實(shí)施手術(shù)治療，對(duì)比兩組療效。結(jié)果：相比對(duì)照組，研究組術(shù)后1個(gè)月疼痛情況明顯更優(yōu)，術(shù)后1個(gè)月的傷口愈合率明顯更高，復(fù)發(fā)率明顯更低，組間差異明顯，有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of preoperative application of antibiotics and hormones combined with operation in the treatment of non-lactating mastitis patients.Methods：In this study，58 non-lactating mastitis patients were selected from July 2022 to June 2023.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method，with 29 cases in each group.The study group was treated with antibiotic and hormone before operation combined surgery，and the control group was treated with surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results：Compared with the control group，the pain condition of the study group was significantly better one month after surgery，the wound healing rate one month after surgery was significantly higher，and the recurrence rate was significantly lower，and the differences between groups were significant，with statistical significance （P
