難治性肺炎支原體肺炎患兒臨床特點及危險因素分析

【摘要】目的：探討難治性肺炎支原體肺炎患兒臨床特點，找出危險因素。方法：研究時間為2021年8月—2022年8月，研究對象是本院88例肺炎支原體肺炎患兒，根據(jù)病情的嚴(yán)重程度分組，難治組有31例，普通組有57例，對比兩組患兒臨床情況以及相關(guān)的檢查結(jié)果，多因素Logistic回歸分析相關(guān)的危險因素。結(jié)果：難治組患兒年齡、發(fā)熱持續(xù)時間、住院時間、臨床表現(xiàn)（發(fā)紺、發(fā)熱、寒戰(zhàn)及心動過速）及體征與普通組比較有差異性（P

Analysis of clinical characteristics and risk factors of children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the clinical characteristics of children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and find out the risk factors.Methods：The study period was from August 2021 to August 2022.The study subjects were 88 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital.According to the severity of the disease，there were 31 cases in the refractory group and 57 cases in the common group.The clinical situation and related examination results of the two groups were compared，and the related risk factors were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Results：The age，duration of fever，length of hospital stay，clinical manifestations （cyanosis，fever，chills and tachycardia） and physical signs of the refractory group were different from those of the common group （P
