【摘要】目的：探討團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)同模式臨床護(hù)理路徑干預(yù)在急診創(chuàng)傷中的應(yīng)用效果及對(duì)搶救室滯留時(shí)間的影響。方法：選取醫(yī)院在2023年3月—2024年1月期間收治的106例急診創(chuàng)傷患者，按隨機(jī)對(duì)照1：1原則分為例數(shù)相同的兩組。對(duì)照組實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)急診護(hù)理模式，觀察組實(shí)施團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)同模式臨床護(hù)理路徑干預(yù)，對(duì)比兩組干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果：觀察組首次放射檢查時(shí)間、疾病確診時(shí)間、術(shù)前準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間和搶救室滯留時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application effect of team collaboration mode clinical nursing pathway intervention in emergency trauma and its impact on the duration of stay in the emergency room.Methods：A total of 106 emergency trauma patients admitted to the hospital from March 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups with the same number of cases according to the 1：1 principle of randomized control.The control group implemented traditional emergency nursing mode，while the observation group implemented team collaboration mode clinical nursing pathway intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.
