【摘要】目的：探究腫瘤標(biāo)志物與凝血4項在乙肝相關(guān)肝癌疾病中的診斷價值。方法：擇取南京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬鹽城第一醫(yī)院（鹽城市第一人民醫(yī)院）54例乙肝相關(guān)肝癌患者（2021年1月—2023年12月）作為觀察組，同期選擇70名健康受試者作為對照組，對兩組研究對象進行凝血4項與腫瘤標(biāo)志物檢測，分析診斷效能。結(jié)果：觀察組凝血酶原時間（prothrombin time，PT）、活化部分凝血活酶時間（activated partial thromboplastin time ，APTT）及凝血酶時間（thrombin time，TT）均長于對照組，腫瘤標(biāo)志物水平高于對照組，纖維蛋白原（fibrinogen，F(xiàn)ib）水平低于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of tumor markers and four items of blood coagulation in hepatitis B related liver cancer.Methods：54 patients with hepatitis Brelated hepatocellular carcinoma （from January 2021to December 2023） from Yancheng No.1 Hospital affiliated to Nanjing University School of Medicine （Yancheng No.1 People’s Hospital） were selected as the observation group，and 70 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period，and coagulation 4 items and tumor markers were detected in the subjects of the two groups，so as to analyze the diagnostic efficacy.Results：The prothrombin time （PT），activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）and thrombin time （TT）in the observation group were longer than those in the control group，the levels of tumor markers were higher than those in the control group，and the levels of fibrinogen（Fib）were lower than those in the control group（P
