【摘要】目的：探討無(wú)痛分娩用于臨床初產(chǎn)婦的效果及對(duì)母嬰結(jié)局的影響。方法：在2023年6月—2024年3月時(shí)間段內(nèi)從我院中選擇82例初產(chǎn)婦做樣本，隨機(jī)平均分組后，實(shí)施自然分娩的為對(duì)照組，實(shí)施無(wú)痛分娩的為觀察組。就兩組產(chǎn)婦的疼痛程度及不良母嬰結(jié)局進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果：觀察組VAS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組（P
