【摘要】目的：探討朝鮮族和漢族產(chǎn)婦的分娩體驗(yàn)及產(chǎn)婦配偶的陪伴分娩體驗(yàn)情況及影響因素。方法：使用分娩及陪產(chǎn)體驗(yàn)問卷對2021年9月—2022年12月在延吉市醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科住院的自然陰道分娩的產(chǎn)婦及其配偶進(jìn)行橫斷面調(diào)查，對不同維度得分和總分進(jìn)行整理和系統(tǒng)性回顧性分析。結(jié)果：朝鮮族和漢族產(chǎn)婦分娩體驗(yàn)總分及朝鮮族和漢族產(chǎn)婦配偶的陪伴分娩體驗(yàn)總分比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the childbirth experience of Korean and Han Chinese parturients，as well as the accompanying childbirth experience of their spouses and influencing factors.Methods：A cross-sectional survey was conducted on postpartum women and their spouses who underwent natural vaginal delivery and were hospitalized in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Yanji Hospital from September 2021 to December 2022，using the Delivery and Accompanying Experience Questionnaire.Scores from different dimensions and total scores were organized and systematically retrospectively analyzed.Results：There were statistically significant differences in the total scores of child birth experience between Korean and Han Chinese parturients，as well as the total scores of accompanying childbirth experience between spouses of Korean and Han Chinese parturients （P
