【摘要】目的：分析在妊高癥孕產(chǎn)婦護理中采取優(yōu)質護理的有效性。方法：選取我院60例妊高癥孕產(chǎn)婦，利用抽簽法分組，每組30例，探究組應用優(yōu)質護理，基礎組采取常規(guī)護理，對比兩組產(chǎn)婦各項臨床指標及護理前后產(chǎn)婦血壓指標（收縮壓及舒張壓）。結果：探究組產(chǎn)程時間、止血時間、產(chǎn)后2h出血量及產(chǎn)后1d出血量均優(yōu)于基礎組，有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05）；護理后，探究組血壓低于基礎組，差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effectiveness of adopting high-quality nursing care in the care of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods：A total of 60 pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension in our hospital were selected and divided into groups using a lottery method，with 30 cases in each group.The exploration group received high-quality nursing care，while the basic group received routine nursing care.The clinical indicators of postpartum women and blood pressure indicators of postpartum women before and after nursing care （systolic and diastolic blood pressure）between the two groups were compared.Results：The duration of labor，hemostasis time，postpartum bleeding volume at 2 hours，and postpartum bleeding volume at 1 day in the exploration group were all better than those in the basic group，with statistical significance （P0.05）；After nursing，the blood pressure in the exploration group was significantly lower than that in the basic group （P
