高校教師黨支部在理工科專業(yè)課程思政建設(shè)中的“主角”擔(dān)當(dāng)作用研究

摘  要：該研究探究高校理工科專業(yè)依托教師黨支部開展課程思政建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、存在問題和解決方法，提出教師黨支部應(yīng)勇?lián)颊n程領(lǐng)航職責(zé)，加強(qiáng)思想引領(lǐng)、組織協(xié)調(diào)和服務(wù)引導(dǎo)等“主角”擔(dān)當(dāng)作用，強(qiáng)化專業(yè)課程思政建設(shè)工作為“黨建+業(yè)務(wù)”的新載體，為發(fā)揮教師黨支部戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用注入新活力。

Abstract： This study explored the current situation， existing problems and solutions to the ideological and political construction of the science and engineering curriculum carried out by the Party branch of teachers incolleges and universities. It is proposed that teachers' Party branches should bravely take the responsibility of guiding ideological and political courses， and strengthen the role of "protagonists" such as ideological guidance， coordination organization and service functions. The ideological and political construction should be the key point as Party building joint professional education， which inject new vitality to strength teachers' Party branch fighting fortress.
