以學生為中心的臨床案例教學法在中醫(yī)急診住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓中的探索與實踐

[Abstract]ObjectiveToevaluatetheefectivenessofthestudent-centered,case-basedteaching methodinthestandardizedtrainingoftraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)residentphysicians.MethodsFromJanuarytoDecember2O22,3Oresident physiciansundergoingemergencydepartmentrainingwererandomlyselectedasthecontrolgroupandtaughtbytraditionalmethods.In thisapproach,dsignatedisructorsprovidedteoreticallssons,practicaldemonsratios,andgdedreesinompletigpr lectedclinicalcasesindependently.Another3Oresidentphysicianswererandomlychosenastheobservationgroup,taughtbya student-centeredase-basedteachgetodTismethdmphsizedcorepathogenesis,progresivelyintegatedtetbooktet, andconectedmultidisciplinaryknowledgepoints.Afterthetraining,bothgroupsweresurveyedtoasesstheirsatisfactionwithemer gencytrainingandtheirself-evaluationofclinicalsyndromediferentiationskils.Entranceexamresultswerealsocomparedbetween thetwogroups.ResultsTheobservationgroupshowedsignificantlyhighersatisfactionandself-evaluationscoresforsyndroedifferentiation ability compared to the control group ( P<0.05 ).Additionally,their clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment scores were significantly superior ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion The student-centered,case-based teaching method enhances the clinical diagnosisandtreatmentskilsofesidentphysiciansinstadadedtrningprogamsandinceasstheroverallsatisfactionwithteain ing process.
