[Abstract]ObjectiveTo analyze the predictivevalue of serum reactive oxygen species（ROS）levels in end-stage renal diseaseourrenceamong elderlypatientswithchonickidneydisease.MethodsAtotalof174chronic kidneydiseasepatintswho receivedtreatmentattheFirstAfliatedHospitalofXinjangMedicalUniversityfromJanuary22OtoDecember2O23wereselectedas theresearchsujects.Patientsweredividedintoaprogressivegroupandanonprogressvegroupasedonwetherteyhadprogesed to end-stagerenaldisease，with49casesinteprogresivegroupand25casesintennprogressivegroup.Baselinedateswerecollectedusingacommercalednz-linkedimunosobentssykittodetectsermROSlevelsinpatientsMultivaratelgisticre gressionmodelswereusedtoanalyzethecorelationbetweenserumROSlevelsandchronic kidneydiseaseprogresson，andROC curves wereusedtoanalyethepredictivefcacyofserumROSlevelsfortheprogresionofchronickidneydisease toend-stageenal disease.ResultsAge，maleproportion，systolicblood presure，and24-hoururinary proteinquantificationandsumerROSlevels in the progressive group were higher than those in the non progressive group （ P<0.05 ），while estimated glomerular filtration rate was lower than that in the non progressive group （ P<0.05 ）. Multivariate logistic regression lines showed that serum ROS was an independentriskfactorforprogressontoend-stagerealdiseaseinelderlypatietsithhroncidneydseaseafeadjustingforofouders （ P<0.05 ）.ROC curves showed that serum ROS cut-off value for predicting progresson of chronic kidney disease was 14.61ng/mL ，predicted AUC was 0.81（ 95% CI： 0.75 to 0.88），sensitivity was 84.8% ，and specificity was 70.2% . Conclusion SerumROSlevelsaresignificantlyasociatedwithteiskofprogesiontend-stagenaldseaseielderlypatientswithconckidney disease and have some predictive value.
