Abstract[Objective]Ultraperformance liquidchromatography(UPLC)triplequadrupole masspectrometry(TQMS)wasestablished for thedeterminationofcarbendazim,metrbuzinandpropiconazoleresiduesinsoil.Mthod]hetargetwasextractedbyultrasound-ssistd (204號 0.1% acetonitrile-formic acid,separatedby ACQUITYUPLCBEH C18(2.1mm×100mm , 1.7μm ),and scanned by multi-reaction monitoring(MRM)with the gradient elution using the mobile phase system of acetonitrile-0. 1% formic acid water in electrosprayed positive ionization (ESI+ )mode.[Result]Thelinearityofthethree targets,carbendazim,metribuzinand propiconazole,was goodintherangeof 0.1- (20 (204號 100.0μg/L ( R2≥0.998 ),and the limits of detection (LODs)of the method were in the range of ,with RSD 0.33% (20 (204號 8.03% ,and the recoveries of spiking were in the range of 6 5.0%-105.0% ,and the relative standard deviations of the actual samples tested were ?4.82% .[Conclusion]Thismethodischaracterizedbyhighsensitivity,simpleoperation,lowdetectionlimit,highprecisionandaccuracy,andisitableforteteriaioofarbendaim,etrbuinndpropicoazolesiduesinsoil,hichanrovideticapport for the detection of trace pesticide residues in soil.
