AbstractTheapsuleofDendodimlsiopetaumasusedasexplants，ndtesdgerinationtest，proliferationtestandotingseedlingestwerecariedoutbysinglefactorexperimentaldesign.TheesultsshowedthathehighestedgminationatesinNveberTe optimal medium for seed germination was 1/2 MS +25 g/L sugar +8g/L carrageenan +25g/L potato powder ?+0 . 1 mg/L NAA and 1/2 MS + （20 25g/L sugar +8g/L carrageenan +25g/L potato powder+O.1 mg/L NAA+O.1 g/L AC.The maximum germination rate of seeds was 70% at 0.1g/L AC.The best proliferativehormones were6-BA，NAAand2，4-Dwerenotsuitablefor proliferation.Theoptimumculture medium was I /2MS+25g/L sugar +8g/L carrageenan+2 mg/L 6-BA. 白綿毛蘭（Dendroliriumlasiopetalum）為蘭科絨蘭屬附生蘭，生長(zhǎng)在海拔 1200～1700m ，附生于近溪流的樹(shù)木、巖石上，在中國(guó)分布于香港、海南東南部，野生的白綿毛蘭相繼在福建、廣東被發(fā)現(xiàn)[1-3]，在國(guó)外分布于尼泊爾、泰國(guó)、越南、不丹、柬埔寨、印度、老撾、緬甸。（剩余11425字）
