AbstractIndertovealthecontrolfectofiopestiidesothelarvaofteChidespanda,toaddressthchnaldsofnon toxic control of the C .pandava in production,and to ensure thehealthy growthof the Cycas szechuanensis population,provide technical support for the non-toxic control of the C . szechuanensis population. In 2O23,a test area was established in the Taojinshan C . szechuanensis Nature Reserve in Shaxian District,and conducted tests on the control of the larvae of c .pandava using four biopesticides, including 1.2% nicotinespartine, 25% avermectin methylurea, 1.5% spartine, 4% rotenone.The control effects of different concentrations of the pesticides on the larvae of C :pandava were compared.Theresultsshowed thattheeffectof diferentconcentrations ofthepesticidesonthe larvaeof c .pandava was significantly different. After 6 days of treatment,the corrected mortality rate of the C . pandava exceeded 86.9% at two concentrations of 25% avermectin methylurea SC, 1.5% spartine, 4% rotenone,and 1.2% nicotine-spartine. The recommended usage rates for each pesticide are as: 1.2% nicotine-spartine and 1.5% spartine are both 1 500 times dilution, 4% tenone is 8Oo times dilution,the solution diluted 1000 times for 25% avermectin methylurea.This indicates that the four biopesticides have a strong lethal efecton the larvae of the C . pandava. Spraying the four pesticides at the recommended doses significantly reduce the number of larvae of the C .pandava on the C . szechuanensis population,thereby protecting the healthy growth of the C . szechuanensis.
