Abstractoexploeieresintcootaouitositoofocrsiessfrodinthatssdd throughput sequencing and macrogenomic technology to analyze the gut microbiota of E sinensis from five different environments：ponds，paddy fields， reedfieldsesdlessadalst plingguts，dcobalivsitdififtoplsestdsdfdie thoseintheodeedifctalotatifttcobotafroachbiatsodatabdrateeabast main metabolic pathway.The study revealed the impacts of diferent habitats on the structure and function of the E .sinensis’s gut microbiota community，providing a scientific basis for improving the qualityof the culture environment and ensuring the health of E .sinensis.
