鄉(xiāng)村振興背景下高職涉農(nóng)專業(yè)人才育訓(xùn)模式探索

——以濱州職業(yè)學(xué)院化工生物技術(shù)專業(yè)為例

摘要 全面推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村振興需要人才，而高職涉農(nóng)專業(yè)正是相關(guān)人才的重要來源。以濱州職業(yè)學(xué)院化工生物技術(shù)專業(yè)為例，探討“誠心向農(nóng)、技術(shù)助農(nóng)、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動”助力鄉(xiāng)村振興專業(yè)人才的內(nèi)在根本要求，創(chuàng)新“思政涵化、依崗優(yōu)課、雙賽聯(lián)動、課證融通”的人才育訓(xùn)模式。

Exploration on the Education and Training Model of Agriculture-related Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Rural Revitalization—Taking the Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology Major of Binzhou Polytechnic as an Example

Abstract Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization requires talents， and higher vocational agriculture-related majors are an important source of relevant talents. Taking the chemical engineering and biotechnology major of Binzhou Polytechnic as an example， we explored the inherent fundamental requirements for professional talents to help rural revitalization by “sincerely serving farmers， helping farmers with technology， and driving the agricultural development with innovation”， and innovated the talent training model of “ideological and political cultivation， excellent courses based on posts， and double competitions linkage， curriculum and certification integration”.
