利用雙重數(shù)字PCR方法檢測進口糧谷中攜帶地膚的EPSPS基因拷貝數(shù)

摘要 建立了雙重數(shù)字PCR檢測地膚EPSPS基因拷貝數(shù)的方法,對進口糧谷中攜帶的8個地膚樣品進行檢測,發(fā)現(xiàn)2個樣品的EPSPS相對拷貝數(shù)小于1,6個樣品EPSPS相對拷貝數(shù)大于5,其中一個樣品EPSPS相對拷貝數(shù)高達45.67。由此可見,進口北美糧谷攜帶抗草甘膦地膚的比例很高。

Application of Duplex Droplet Digital PCR for Detection of EPSPS Gene Copy Number of Kochia scoparia in Imported Grains

Abstract A double digital PCR method was established to detect the EPSPS gene copy number of Kochia scoparia. Eight samples of Kochia scoparia carried in imported grains were detected.It was found that the relative copy number of EPSPS of 2 samples was less than 1, the relative copy number of EPSPS of 6 samples was greater than 5, and the relative copy number of EPSPS of one sample was as high as 45.67.It can be seen that the proportion of imported North American grains carrying glyphosate-resistant kochia is very high.
