AbstractTo meet the practicalneeds of graduate training for professional master'sdegree (hereinafterreferred to as“professional master's degree")in the field of rural development,the training models for professional master's students were explored, including“multidisciplinary knowledge+practical application",scienceand technology colleges,“dual mentors+professonalteachers”,andintegrationof industryacademia,andresearch.Thecurent training status incollaborative innovation mechanisms,integration of industryand education,and implementation of the“dual mentor system”wasanalyzed,and a professional master’s student training model wasconstructed with local.characteristics.Specifically,build a demand-oriented scientific research system,build learning platforms such asschool-enterprise cooperation,andoptimize colaborative innovation mechanisms.To construct the mountain characteristicagriculture innovationservice chain,realize the deep integrationof education chain and industrial chain; implement the tutorindustryinfiltrationplan,build th vocational skilsstrengthening system,optimizethedoubletutor collaboration mechanism,establish thetutorabilitytracking fedback system,andactively implementthe“double tutor system";implementthe reform oftheclasified training system,builda three-dimensionalcapacity forging mehanism, innovateadynamic training path,strengthentheclosed-loopof productionandlearning colaboration toeducatepeople, and build amanagement model insideand outside the schol.This studyis helpful to metthe practicalneeds of the training of profesionalpostgraduates inthefieldofruraldevelopment,andtocultivatemore newtalentswhoknow,love and work for agriculture.
