Investigation on macrofungal resource diversity in Guiyang region

AbstractTo further clarify the macrofungal species resources in Guiyang region，Guizhou Province，the compositionof macrofungal species，dominant familyandgenusin1lregions were investigatedbyrandom field investigationandquestionnairesurvey，and thecorrelationbetweenmacrofungal diversityand habitatand climate was investigated.A totalof 429 fungal specimens werecolected in the studyarea，and 215 species of macrofungi were identifiedand clasified，belonging to3phyla，8classs，19orders，47familiesand107genera.Atphylum level， basidiomycetes （90.23% ）and ascomycetes （ 8.83% ） were dominant phyla.At the genus level， Polyporaceae （21.395% ） Marasmiaceae （ 7.907% ）and Russulaceae （ 7.442% ） were the dominant genera.In the market，a total of 21 kinds of large fungi such asred mushrooms，milk mushrooms and ganoderma lucidum were investigated，including 16 kinds of edible fungi，and thecommoditypotentialwaslarge.There were69kindsofediblefungi，33kindsof medicinal fungi and16 kinds of poisonous fungi.The habitats of macrofungi were mainly mixed forest and broad-leaved forest.The species richness of macrofungi wasaffctedbyseasonal changes，andthe species of fungi increased with theincreaseof precipitation.Theresearch area is rich in macrofungal resources，so itis necessary to strengthentheresearch onthe colection and domesticationoffungi resourcesand artificial propagation，accelerate thecultivation of leading edible fungi enterprises，givefullplayto theadvantagesoffungi resources in Guiyang，and providereferences for promoting the developmentof edible fungi industryin thearea.
