Abstract：GuidedbyXiJinping'scultural thought，promotingtheinheritanceandinnovationoftheSan Suculture hasareal practicalmechanismandrichvalueimplications，whichisrelatedtowhethertheSanSuculturecanbedeeplyintegratedintothedevelopmentofthemodecivilizationoftheChinesenationandwhetheritcanmaintainitsvitalityforever.Thisarticlebeflysumrizesthe formationoftheSan Suculture，analyzestheconceptof theSanSuculture，andbasedonaninvestigationofMeishanCity summarizesthattheinovativedevelopmentoftheSanSuculture sillfaces practicalproblemssuchas theneedforin-depth explorationfcootiosntualplylaielakualpoodgetuiaiofatials tives.Specificdevelopmentmeasuesareproposed：strengtheningculturalonfidence，depeningthecootationofcivilzationnd strengtheninginheritanceandprotectio;consolidatethepeople'ssubjectivityexpandinnovationmpowerment，andeichultural supply; embrace an international perspective，broaden communication channels，and spread the voice of China.
